Requirements:

1. fluent English;
2. Indonesian citizenship;
3. experience in business development, marketing and promotion;
4. good negotiation skills, ability to reach agreements;
5. readiness to work outside the office;
6. availability of a personal vehicle to ride around the city.

 

Responsibilities:

1. developing the Maxim service in Banda Aceh;
2. managing the staff;
3. searching for the partners;
4. interacting with the state authorities;
5. organizing quality passenger service;
6. creating conditions for cooperation with drivers;
7. analysis of the industry and competitors;
8. organization of the advertising campaigns;
9. promotion activities (outdoor);
10. monitoring the working processes.

 

Working conditions:

1. work in Banda Aceh;
2. five-day working week;
3. 3 months of probation;
4. job type: full-time.
